Drivers must be at least 5 years of age and at least 3’6” [42”] tall.

Drivers with a passenger must be at least 18 years of age. Passengers must be between the ages of 3-7 and at least 3’ [36”] tall.

Recommended weight limit: 300lbs

All sales are final. Do not participate if you do not meet these requirements.

Waiver must be completed prior to participating.

Enter the arena slowly and carefully. Walk at all times.

Secure all hair over shoulder length and any loose clothing.

Fasten seat belts before the ride begins and keep it on until the ride is over.

Keep feet and hands inside the car at all times.

Remain seated at all times during the ride.
Car lights on = Car is on

If car malfunctions, please stay seated and raise hand.

No food or drink permitted in arena.

It is your responsibility to make certain everyone meets the requirements of all purchased
activities.

You accept all risk by participating in activities. Only you know your own ability and limitations.

Do not participate if you have health limitations or injuries, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or are pregnant.

Supercharged Entertainment is not responsible for lost, stolen, or broken personal property.

Failure to follow the rules will result in forfeit of ride. No refunds.
