Policies & Participation Requirements

All guests must complete a waiver prior to participating. Waivers must be verified for axe throwing and karting.

All guests under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Supercharged Entertainment reserves the right to require identification.

In order to consume alcoholic beverages, you must establish you are at least 21 years of age. You must have a valid ID card issued by a state or government agency containing your photograph and date of birth. Expired, cracked, altered, or damaged IDs cannot be accepted.

Supercharged Entertainment reserves the right to require any guest to vacate the premise for any reason, at any time, to preserve the safety and quality of experience for all guests.

No disorderly conduct allowed.

No smoking or vaping indoors. You must be at least 20 feet from any entrance outside.

No outside food or drink allowed.

Dress code must be followed at all times.

All sales are final.

All requirements must be met to participate in each activity.

All guests must comply with any posted rule or verbal instruction. Failure to do so may result in loss of participation privileges up to expulsion without refund.

You accept all risk by participating in activities. Only you know your own ability and limitations.

Do not participate if you have health limitations or injuries, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or are pregnant for designated activities.

Supercharged reserves the right to modify the dress code for any reason and without warning, including or due to local or seasonal conditions or special events.

PROHIBITED:

Hats, clothing, jewelry or visible tattoos with offensive language or imagery

Sunglasses, backpacks, oversized bags or purses

Exposed underwear or portions of the skin which may not be appropriate in a family setting, low riding pants or shorts

Any appearance of gang affiliation

Firearms

Weapons

Persons under the following conditions may be admitted at the discretion of management:

Persons wearing torn, ripped, or soiled clothing

All participants must have a signed waiver on file

All guests under age the age of 18 must have a Waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Racers must be at least 4 foot 10 inches tall (58 inches or 1.5m)

All heats that include semi pro and pro skill racers will drive at the speed safe for that heat regardless of skill level

Racers participating in pro speed Heats must be at least 15 years of age, meet minimum height requirement

Guest supplied helmets must be DOT approved with a working visor or goggles
Closed-toe and closed heel shoes are required

Do not drive if you have health limitations or injuries, are under the influence of any alcohol or drugs, or are pregnant

If a team member has reasonable suspicions that a guest has consumed any alcohol, said guest must submit to a breathalyzer test. Should the guest refuse to submit or should the test yield a value greater than 0.08, the guest will not be allowed to drive, and will not receive a refund

No participant who is impaired in any way or who may pose an increased risk to themselves or other participants will be allowed to participate

Noncompliance may result in loss of driving privileges and refunds are not offered!

Must have purchased ticket to enter arena

Weigh Less than 350 Pounds

Be free from broken bones, back & neck problems, pregnancy, and other restrictive medical conditions

Enter the Bumper Car arena SLOWLY and CAREFULLY – Walk at all times

Secure all hair over shoulder length and any loose clothing

Fasten seat belts before the ride begins and keep it on until the ride is over
Keep feet and hands inside the car at all times

REMAIN SEATED at all times during ride: Car Lights on = Car is ON

If Car malfunctions: Stay Seated and raise hand

Wear Shirt and shoes while on this ride
Failure to follow rules will result in forfeit of ride – NO REFUNDS

ALL PERSONS USING THIS RIDE DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK. THIS ACTIVITY INVOLVES RISK AND ALL PARTICIPANTS ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INJURIES INCURRED. SUPERCHARGED IS NOT RESPONSIBILBE FOR LOST, STOLEN, OR BROKEN PERSONAL PROPERTY.

BEFORE YOU THROW:

Flat closed-toe and closed-heel shoes are required.

You accept all risk by participating in activities. Only you know your own ability and limitations. Do not participate if you have health limitations or injuries, or are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Anyone with the following physical or mental conditions should use caution against participation and may, at Supercharged's discretion, be excluded from playing:
* Women who may be pregnant
* Heart ailments
* Under the influence of drugs or alcohol
* Sensitivity to light or motion
* Sensitivity to flashing lights
* Any other physical or mental condition that might be affected by playing or might prevent you from participating safely

If a team member has reasonable suspicion that a guest is under the influence of alcohol, said guest must submit to a breathalyzer test. Should the guest refuse to submit or should the test yield a value greater than 0.08, the guest will not be allowed to drive, and will not receive a refund.

No participant who is impaired in any way or who may pose an increased risk to themselves, or other participants will be allowed to participate. Hostility and rule breaking are not welcome. Anyone exhibiting hostile or aggressive behavior verbally, or otherwise will immediately be asked to leave without refund.

LANE SAFETY:

Do not throw if no attendant is present.

Inform staff of any loose target pieces or broken axes.

Spectators are not permitted in the throw zone.

No axes allowed outside of lanes by patrons.

Only one person per throwing lane. Don’t throw unless lane is clear.

Never hand an axe to the next thrower.

Stay in the safety area unless it is your turn to throw.

No food or drink in the lane or throw zone.

PATRON RESPONSIBILITY CODE:

Supercharged Entertainment is not responsible for lost, stolen, or broken personal property.

Noncompliance may result in loss of throwing privileges. All sales are final.

One person throwing darts per target board and no trick shots.

After retrieving your darts, return darts to the tray on the table top (do not hand darts to the next thrower).

Before taking your turn, make sure you are the person “Throwing” (as shown on the screen).

Follow all instructions provided by staff members.

Any rules or safety violations may result in the immediate expulsion from Digital Darts and/or Supercharged Entertainment without any refund.

All participants must have a signed waiver on record - participate at your own risk.

Any participant age 15 or under must be accompanied by a participating legal adult during game play.

Never walk on, climb, or place yourself on the ice rink.

Never throw or toss stones or other equipment outside of designated game play area.

Do not run, skip, jog, hop, or crawl inside the game play area.

Follow all instructions provided by staff members.

Any rules or safety violations may result in the immediate expulsion from Casual Curling and/or Supercharged Entertainment without any refund.

All participants must have a signed waiver on record - participate at your own risk.

Participants must be at least 48” or taller to play.

Allow game attendant to assist with putting on and taking off your headset.

Keep both hands on your gun during the entire game play.

Do not run, skip, jog, hop, or crawl inside the game play area.

Do NOT climb over barriers, walls or other structures in or around the game play area.

Do not intentionally make physical contact with barriers, walls, or other players.

Follow all instructions provided by staff members.

Any rules or safety violations may result in the immediate expulsion from Supercharged Entertainment without any refund. All sales are final.

All participants must have a signed waiver on record - participate at your own risk.

Participants must be at least 48” or taller to play.

Allow game attendant to assist with putting on and taking off your headset.
